Music Theatre of Wenatchee Riverside Annex Project

We have signed a letter of intent with Chelan County PUD to purchase the building currently housing their Fish & Wildlife department and 40+ parking spaces. Chelan PUD plans to relocate this department, which gives us this amazing opportunity to secure our future. If we don’t seize this opportunity not only will our future growth be limited but our current agreement for nighttime and weekend use of the parking lot will be in jeopary.

The building will give us an additional 8,400 square feet, a 70% increase over our current space. In addition to new rehearsal spaces, practice space, prop storage space, and a costume shop, the new building will offer a large office space for our administrative needs plus two additional restrooms.

The project will cost a total of one million dollars, including a purchase price of $x00,000 and renovation costs of $x00,000.
